Hickey Elementary PTA earns the Head Start Award!

Congratulations!

Hickey Elementary PTA is one of 601 PTAs in the state of Texas that earned the Head Start Award from Texas PTA for the 2018-2019 school year. This award means we were able to sign up 75% of last year's total membership before August 31st.
