Reflections

Reflections is a nationwide arts program founded in 1969 by National PTA. Every fall at Hickey, submissions are sought in six areas of art to compete in the contest. Winners move on to our Council of PTAs. Winners from Council go to Texas PTA and Texas PTA winners move on to the national contest.
